Mrs. Amy N Pajnik was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in September 2020 and serves as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee and the Finance & Investment Committee. She also serves as a Director of International HOPE Foundation that collaborates well with Eda & Ayub Siele foundation, a foundation of jetBlack  Group

Pajnik is the Founder and Managing Director of IHOPE, is a non-profit 501(c)3 humanitarian organization in the United States that provides free medical and healthcare services to the needy communities around the globe. The foundation that provides expert medical professionals especially General surgeons and Oncology surgeons with incredible experience to bring knowledge and expertise to low income society and local medical personnel. Additionally, we train and facilitate CPR / First Aide courses utilizing American Heart Association curriculum.

Pajnik was formerly the Project Assistant at UNIDO at the offices in Vienna, Austria 2008-Dec 2016. Prior to joining jet-black Group

Pajnik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) of MODUL University Vienna Degree with specialty in Business Administration and Management, General and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University. Field Of Study is Business Administration and Management, General 2010 – 2012.
Mrs. Pajnik also  graduated from the Universität Wien with a degree specializing in the  Study German Language and Literature
