The Board of directors

The Board of directors (“the Board”) is the core of JetBlack Group’s system of corporate governance and is ultimately accountable and responsible for the performance and affairs of  jetBlack .The Board shall at all times act in the best interests of  jetBlack in a manner based on transparency, integrity, accountability and responsibility.

Committees of the Board

The current Board structure has a total of four committees that serve various responsibilities as delegated to them by the Board.

The Board specifically exercises  leadership, enterprise, integrity and judgement in directing jetBlack so as to achieve continuing prosperity for its shareholders. Elisha Keshoney has been a Non-Executive Director since June 2005 and serves as the Chairman of the Board

Executive Director

Irene Jacquelyne is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of jetBlack Group Investment Company , a position she has held since October 2012

JULIE ADELL-OWINO

Non – Executive Director

Julie was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in October 2017, and currently serves as the Chairperson of the Nomination & Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Risk and Finance & Investment Committees

PETER KABURI MAINA

Representative Education District

Mr. Maina is the representative for logistics and strategic of jetBlack Group from June 2019

A distinguished operations and general management consultant Ray joined the JetBlack Group in 2017

Group Information Technology Executive

Edmund Terer was appointed as the Group Head of Iinformation technology option in February 2019

Account Executive Officer

Ernest Koskei was appointed as the jetBlack Group Accounts executive  in April 2019

ENGINEER CLEMENT THUKU

Group Head Civil Engineering Department

He holds a Bachelor of Science Upper Second Class, honours University of Nairobi Msc. In Civil Engineering, on going University of Nairobi Membership in Professional Societies Eng. Thuku was appointed as the jetBlack Group group head Engineer in June  2018

AMY NANJALA PAJNIK

Independent Non Executive Director

Mrs. Amy N Pajnik was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in September 2020 and serves as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee and the Finance & Investment Committee.

Noella joined jetBlack Group in 2017 as a strategic development manager in charge of Information Technology, budgeting and Human Resource support services
