A distinguished operations and general management consultant Ray joined the JetBlack Group in 2017.  With over 18 years experience in manufacturing, FMCG, technical and service industries Ray has considerable experience in leadership leader, delivering exceptional innovations in supply chain management and operations planning.

As Head of Supply Chain Ray’s main focus is to lead the drive for innovation and innovative products and solutions for the company, heading the search for cutting edge technology solutions that deliver the overall corporate ambition of being a first of its kind, while remaining future-fit, in all that we do at JetBlack.

Ray has exceptional people management and leadership skills having held General Management roles in Jumon Africa and Royal Manufacturers Ltd, senior sales and marketing and supply chain management roles in Jumbo Chem, Chloride Exide, Kenya Coach Industries, and Fuelo Mart. Ray’s  main responsibility is to ensure that supplies are competitively sourced or supplied, manage supplier contracts, plan all logistics and deliver seamless execution of operations which is underpinned by technological support and stakeholder engagement and management.

Raymond is the Managing Director of Jumon Africa a management consulting company, a Director at Royal Manufacturers Limited, a Minister and the Administrator at Omega Fire Ministries Kenya.
